The breakfast was delicious and with fresh squeezed juice; the staff were happy to help. The location was absolutely perfect, just off the airport in NY, the center with the tuk tuk, and main market.

I had a really comfortable stay for 5 days during the holidays. The location was a bit tucked away, but right in the center of everything. I also enjoyed some meals at the outdoor restaurant nearby. ❤️.

The Moon Boutique was an absolute pleasure to stay in from start to finish. The staff were all extremely attentive and helpful, the free breakfast was great, the pool was wonderful after a long, hot day at Angkor Wat, and the free tuk tuk rides to and from town made our stay easy and carefree. Highly recommended!!
No complaints at all.

Quaint hotel, fairly clean, absolutely superb breakfast, INCREDIBLE location in a district of Siem Reap that may best be termed "under construction ". Very comfy bed and tidy room. With wake-up service available and really good and very welcoming staff that tries to proactively render services. Location adjacent to tourist area.

This boutique hotel is away from dusty and busy streets, which is great. I traveled with my girlfriend and we stayed here for 2 nights. I will begin this reviewed saying that this was the best hotel I have ever stayed, much better than luxurious hotels in Dubai .... AIRPORT PICK-UP: Airport pick-up was complimentary and driver was very nice, they sent tuk-tuk for us, but you can also ask for car if you like. They have Toyota Camry. Driving from airport to hotel was about 20 minutes. CHECK-IN: Staff and management welcomed us, offered welcome drinks and cold towels. The hotel staff also arranged for us transportation to visit temples and tickets for dinner connected with apsara dancing. We have got the best places in the front of podium, we were very happy about this. RESTAURANT: Breakfast was delicious; I think the best omelet I have ever had. Staff was very nice and friendly, once I came to restaurant at 11:30 pm, it was already closed, but I wanted only glass of wine, the lady from reception called somebody, he showed-up in 1 min, and offered me wine, even the restaurant was closed, they were still very nice on me. ROOM: Spacious room, absolutely clean, it was beautiful, upon arrival basin was filled with lotos flowers. You can enjoy nice shower or either take a bath. Everything was just perfect in our room. LOCATION: Hotel is located 5 min driving from main street, but don't worry. Hotel offers complimentary tuk-tuk, when you leaving hotel you will receive mobile phone, so whenever you want go back, simply call to hotel and say where you are and they can pick you up in 10 min. This was awesome. SPA: Spa was great. Even if you are not staying in this hotel, you should try this spa I asked strong massage, the lady was so small but she did her best, she was visibly tired after the massage but she did everything to satisfy me. I appreciate the staff in this hotel, all services were totally perfect and personnel did everything super right.

The Moon Boutique Hotel was incredibly clean with friendly and helpful staff. The pool was small but lovely and the grounds carefully kept. It is a bit out of town, but since the hotel offered a free tuk tuk service with pickups, this was no problem at all. Infact, I think it was a benefit! It was wonderfully quiet and just a short tuk tuk ride from the busy "pub street" restaurants. They even offered inexpensive babysitting service. We watched anouther guest's child with the "sitter" and she was having a fantastic time! I also used the hotels tiny spa and it was lovely! It is a tiny bit more expensive than what can be found in town but the peaceful decor and cleanliness of the place made it well worth it. Breakfast was also great with good portion sizes and decent selection. We were very happy we picked this place.

Lovely big bed in a huge room, with a fantastic bathroom. The pool and restaurant were both lovely. The free tuktuk into town and back is such a great service, and works really well. We loved everything about this hotel.
This feels like a 5 star boutique hotel, even though it's only rated at 3 stars. On that basis it feels wrong to make any critisims, our only frustration was the level of English from the staff is variable, and sometimes communication can be hard.
